• What is Cathartix?​

        Cathartix is a recreational way to relieve stress. You break our stuff, we clean it up.

• What items are included in my break session?​​

        Items vary based upon current inventory​.

• Can I purchase extra items for my break session?

        ​Yes, if we have items in stock they are available for purchase​.

​

• Will more items be added to our room?

        No, the items you see in your room are what you will be smashing unless you purchase extra items.

​

• What should I wear?

        Each participant is required to wear closed toe shoes, no exceptions. Long pants and long sleeved shirts are recommended, but not required​​.

• How old do I have to be to participate?

       ​Participants must be at LEAST 13 years of age and accompanied by a guardian.

​

• How long is each break session? 

        Each session is 20 minutes.​

• Do you have a cancellation policy? 

       ​Yes, our policy is as follows. We do not offer refunds, store credit only on all purchases. If you need to cancel or reschedule you must do so by contacting us by phone. Reschedule requests must be made no less than 24 hours in advance to receive store credit or receive a reschedule. No shows will not be given store credit. If we as a company cancels or reschedules for any reason we will offer a refund or the option to reschedule to another time convenient to the customer. We understand life happens, and we’re willing to work with you within our policy.
